Medical Director

Primary Care Provider - Clinic Owner/Manager

Forrest Eisenrich M.D. is serving as Medical Director of  Comanche Family Clinic. Dr. Eisenrich has provided over four decades of service to the people of Comanche County and continues to see both clinic and hospital patients.

Dr. Eisenrich received his Medical Degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas in 1961. From 1961 to 1962, he served his internship at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas.

From 1962 to 1992, he was in private practice at the
De Leon Clinic and De Leon Hospital in family practice, including surgery and obstetrics. From February 1992 to January 1993, he was in private practice at Sour Lake Family Medical Clinic. In 1993 he returned to Comanche County to practice at the Comanche Family Medical Clinic and Comanche Community Hospital, remaining with that facility as it moved to a new building and became Comanche County Medical Center in 2005.

 

Office Manager - Privacy Officer

Penny Hamilton is a Comanche County native with over 15 years experience in clinic and hospital office management.



 

Mission Statement

Comanche Family Clinic, LLC will provide quality, affordable, accessible medical care to the residents of Comanche County and the surrounding area using a patient oriented, holistic approach.
 

Rachel Hilliard, MSN, RN, FNP-C is the primary care provider at Comanche Family Clinic. Rachel has thirteen years of clinic and emergency room experience at Comanche Community Hospital/Comanche County Medical Center, Cross Timbers Clinic in De Leon, and at Community First Health Care in Comanche. During that time she has been privileged to work with and learn from distinguished and talented physicians, mid-level providers, and nurses.

Rachel received her Associate Degree in Nursing and RN certification from Tarleton State University. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing with qualification as Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Rachel has served on the faculty at Tarleton State University and University of Texas at Arlington, and she currently serves as preceptor for the Texas Tech University, Tarleton State University and Ranger College schools of nursing.
 

Nursing Services Provider

Mylinda Smith, RN brings almost twenty years experience in nursing. She has worked both in the clinic setting as well as in the hospital where she worked as floor nurse and as emergency room nurse.

 

Goals of Comanche Family Clinic

To establish an independent medical practice in Comanche with Rachel Hilliard, FNP providing primary care and Forrest Eisenrich, MD as medical director. This practice will strive to achieve the mission of the organization.

To establish a patient care system and documentation method that allows for high quality, evidenced based medical management and follow up.

To create a work environment where the staff is committed to the mission of this organization and is motivated to maintain the highest level of efficiency and enjoy the benefits of a pleasant working environment.
